Position Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administration Assistant to support our administrative operations. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in office administration, document management, and operational support. Depending on performance, there is a chance to be hired for a permanent position. Key Responsibilities: Office Administration: Assist in managing day-to-day office operations, including answering phones, handling correspondence, and greeting visitors. Document Management: Support the organization and maintenance of company documents, both physical and digital. Scheduling and Coordination: Help schedule meetings, appointments, and events, and coordinate logistics as needed. Data Entry: Assist in entering and updating data in company databases and systems. Inventory Management: Help monitor and manage office supplies and equipment inventory. Support Staff: Provide administrative support to staff members, including preparing documents, reports, and presentations. Filing and Record-Keeping: Maintain accurate and organized filing systems for easy retrieval of information. Customer Service: Assist in responding to customer inquiries and providing excellent customer service. Training and Workshops: Assist in organizing and conducting training sessions and workshops for staff. General Support: Provide general administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of the office. Qualifications: Recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Public Administration, Office Management, or a related field. Strong interest in office administration and operational support. Basic knowledge of office management tools and practices. Good organizational and multitasking skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Personal Attributes: Ethical and responsible. Proactive and eager to learn. Strong attention to detail.
