Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated intern to join our team as an EPF Auditor/Quantity Surveying Intern. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in environmental performance auditing and quantity surveying. Depending on performance, there is a chance to be hired for a permanent position. Key Responsibilities: EPF Auditing: Assist in conducting Environmental Performance Framework (EPF) audits to ensure compliance with environmental standards and regulations. Collect and analyze data related to environmental performance and sustainability metrics. Prepare detailed audit reports and recommendations for improvement. Support the development and implementation of corrective action plans. Quantity Surveying: Assist in preparing cost estimates and budgets for environmental projects. Conduct quantity take-offs and measurements for project materials and resources. Support the preparation of tender documents and contract administration. Monitor project costs and expenditures to ensure budget compliance. Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze data from audits and quantity surveys to identify trends and areas for improvement. Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports on auditing and quantity surveying activities. Research: Conduct research on best practices in environmental auditing and quantity surveying. Support Project Teams: Provide support to project teams in implementing audit recommendations and managing project costs. Qualifications: Recently completed a Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Quantity Surveying, or a related field. Strong interest in environmental auditing and quantity surveying. Basic knowledge of EPF auditing methodologies and quantity surveying principles. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
